Olive Street

Our office  just sold three buildings on the corner of Olive and Santa Rosa street.  This corner is the junction of Highway 1 and Highway 101.  I never realized the volume of traffic that tuns onto Olive Street to get onto 101 Southbound until I stood on the sidewayk and watched the steady stream of cars.  The three buildings housed Burger King, Hanabi Sushi, and Round Table Pizza respectively.  However, the Burger King building is for lease and Round Table just moved out.  The new owner is going to extensively renovate the old Round Table building.  It will be available for move-in around the beginning of 2011.  Here is a photo of the Round Table building in its current state:

And here is a photo of the site with all three buildings.  The site is zoned for hotels and I would not be surprised if a hotel is built on the site someday.
