Aah, how I love redevelopments. I thought there was a lot of potential in 3474 Empresa Drive when it came on the market last year as the forlorn, vacant, former location of Otis Auto Body. I found a buyer who shared my vision and he has proceeded to transform the building into some very nice new flex space.
