I had the pleasure of co-listing a 17,800 sq. ft. industrial building in Grover Beach with my Uncle, Michael Senn. I must say we worked quite well together. We completed the transaction last week. The property sold for $1,200,000. It was a seller financed deal. The building was originally constructed for Slime, the tire sealant manufacturer. Slime recently moved their production facility to Arkansas, presumably to be closer to the Wal-Mart mothership. Their corporate offices remain here in San Luis Obispo. Such is the trend these days around here, in that manufacturing and distribution are being outsourced and white collar jobs are staying local.
