Sold: 11491 Los Osos Valley Road

I recently had the pleasure of representing Pathpoint, a local non-profit, in their acquisition of the SESLOC bank building at 11491 Los Osos Valley Road.  This building will allow Pathpoint to consolidate three separate offices into one location of just under 20,000 SF.  The SESLOC building was meticulously maintained and Pathpoint is thrilled about the purchase.  If you are looking for a local non-profit to support I highly recommend Pathpoint.
