I recently completed a sales transaction for 1315-1317 Park Street in Paso. This property was a real sleeper. It is a 1,575 SF building separated into two units and there is also a nice back patio. It is located adjacent to Thomas hill Organics and is just a couple blocks from park. Considering the amount of press that the Paso wine region is getting, and considering the amount of redevelopment occurring in the downtown core, I think this was a great buy at $500,000.
I just wrapped up a lease for the back unit at 1450 Madonna Road. This building prominently sits on the corner of Los Osos Valley Road and Madonna Road. The 2,355 SF space will be occupied by a veterinarian.
