The shell building at 892 Aerovista is complete and Murphy Bank has started their tenant improvements.  Wacker Wealth Partners will begin theirs soon.

There is a fantastic patio at 892 Aerovista (see below)and there just happens to be a lovely 2,975 SF suite adjacent to the patio.  It would make an ideal restaurant site since the square footage would effectively double with the patio usage.  There is also fantastic exposure on Broad Street.  Oh, and there is a massive, under-served population of office dwellers and residential folks in the neighborhood.  A restaurant would do extremely well here.

750 Francis Street: Leased

We have leased 750 Francis Street to the local Porsche repair shop.  It was previously a Mercedes repair shop so there is something about this place and high end cars.  We still have a 6,500 Sf warehouse space available at 1140 Kendall road, but all in all, warehouse space is still in very short supply in San Luis Obispo.
